Do my guests need to create an account?
No, never. Each household gets a private link that opens straight to its invitation. Your guests confirm attendance and meal choice in a few clicks — even those least comfortable with technology.
Where is our data hosted?
In line with GDPR. We never share any data with third parties — no advertising, no reselling. You can export your data to CSV or request permanent deletion at any time.
Is it safe to share our IBAN?
Your IBAN is only visible to households holding an invitation link, never published publicly. An IBAN can only receive a transfer, never send one. And if a link circulates too widely, you can revoke it instantly.
How does the per-household seat limit work?
You assign a seat count to each household (for example, 4 for the Dupont family). The RSVP form never allows more people to be confirmed than the seats assigned — no more surprise guests.
Why a one-time price instead of a subscription?
A wedding is a one-time event, not a service you pay for every month. The Complete plan is therefore a single price per wedding (€69), paid once — never a subscription, never a recurring charge. The Discovery plan, meanwhile, stays free forever.
What happens after the wedding?
Nothing disappears. Your space stays accessible so you can download your lists (guests, meal preferences, addresses for thank-you notes). CSV export is free, any time, no matter what.
I created my account during launch — will I be charged?
No. Couples who create their wedding during the launch period keep the Complete plan free for that wedding, permanently. If pricing is introduced later, it will only apply to new accounts, and you'll be notified well in advance.
